With a background as a VP of Operations in the health insurance industry, I led both financial and operational teams and saw firsthand how disconnected systems and siloed data made it difficult to get a clear, accurate view of performance. Even with access to extensive data, the lack of integration made confident decision-making a challenge.

That experience is what led me to create Balance the Crown.
