Payments are processed through secure third-party providers via QuickBooks and may include ACH or credit card transactions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balance the Crown Bookkeeping LLC shall not be liable for:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three (3) months.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time, subject to any written agreement in place.

Clients remain responsible for payment of all services performed prior to termination.
